✅ Refunds & Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

🚫 No Returns for Custom Products
Because all of our items are made-to-order with your unique design, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or color selected during purchase
Uploaded artwork errors (e.g., low resolution, wrong file)
Please double-check your selections and design before placing your order.
📦 Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, production may already be underway, and cancellations will not be possible.
🌍 Shipping Issues
