✅ Refunds & Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To request a refund or replacement:

Once reviewed and approved, we will either resend your item at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

🚫 No Returns for Custom Products

Because all of our items are made-to-order with your unique design, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size or color selected during purchase

• Uploaded artwork errors (e.g., low resolution, wrong file)

📦 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, production may already be underway, and cancellations will not be possible.
